As a family we needed time to reconnect. And, we are doing just that. We've been super busy with all sorts of life happenings. We are getting ready to head back to school soon and I am trying to soak up the last moments of my girls before the busyness of life of school returns.
I am working furiously on getting as much furniture refinished/painted before winter comes along. I hear we are in for a rough one. And, if that is the case I won't be able to do as much painting.
In the meantime I am giving you a sneak peek of some furniture I've completed and will bring to you on the blog very soon.
I can't wait to show you the before & after of this chest. It went from a truly boring piece to a fun chest that I put on wheels.
A side buffet table that I added beautiful embellishments in order to take it from boring to fabulous!!
A aqua cupboard that I used some vintage wallpaper that I found at the Country Living Fair. This was a fun country piece that turned out so lovely!
And, a bench recycled from an old armoire. I save this lovely piece from heading to the dump!!!
On Fern Avenue blog will be on vacation this week, but promise to be back next week with lots to bring you!!
